By using Toolzilla, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or using the site under parental supervision) and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Description of Service

Toolzilla provides free, browser-based tools for converting and processing documents and files, including Word to PDF, PDF merging/splitting/compression, Excel to PDF, image conversion, and electronic signing. All processing occurs locally in your browser.

3. "As Is" Disclaimer

Toolzilla and all its tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolzilla shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service.
• Loss, corruption, or unauthorised access to your files or data.
• Errors or inaccuracies in converted output files.
• Any interruption or cessation of the service.

As the service is provided entirely free of charge, our total liability shall not exceed PHP 0.00.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Only process files you own or have the legal right to use.
• Not use the service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the website.
• Maintain your own backup copies of all original files.
• Not upload files containing malware or harmful code.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on Toolzilla are the property of Toolzilla and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Open-source libraries used remain the property of their respective authors.

7. Third-Party Services

Toolzilla displays ads via Google AdSense and loads libraries from Cloudflare CDN. These services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Toolzilla at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
