To deliver its tools without server-side processing, Toolzilla loads the following open-source JavaScript libraries from Cloudflare’s CDN. When your browser downloads these scripts, Cloudflare may log your IP address as part of normal CDN operation:

• Mammoth.js — Word document conversion (cdnjs.cloudflare.com)
• jsPDF — PDF generation (cdnjs.cloudflare.com)
• PDF.js — PDF rendering (cdnjs.cloudflare.com)
• PDF-Lib — PDF manipulation (cdnjs.cloudflare.com)
• SheetJS / XLSX — Excel file reading (cdnjs.cloudflare.com)
• Google Fonts — Typography (fonts.googleapis.com — subject to Google’s Privacy Policy)

These services are governed by their own privacy policies. Toolzilla is not responsible for the data practices of these third-party providers.

6. Your Files & Data Security

All file conversions, merges, splits, compressions, and signatures are performed 100% locally within your web browser. No file content is ever sent to Toolzilla’s servers or any third-party server. We strongly recommend keeping backup copies of all original files before processing, as Toolzilla accepts no liability for data loss during conversion.

7. Data Retention

We do not store your personal data on our servers beyond standard server log retention (typically 30–90 days), after which logs are automatically deleted. Cookie data retention is governed by each cookie’s own expiry settings. Your cookie preference (stored locally in your browser) is retained until you clear your browser data.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR for EU/UK residents, CCPA for California residents, or equivalent laws in other jurisdictions) including the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
